Please allow 72 hrs for all return requests to be reviewed. (LIMIT 1 RETURN REQUEST PER ORDER) (We recommend that you ship your items with a reliable shipping company and with an insured method back to our warehouse as Kevin Royale cannot be held responsible for returned packages that were lost in transit prior to our receipt.)
How many days do I have to make a return request? - 10 Days from the confirmed delivery date. Must be in brand new condition, unwashed and unworn with original packaging/boxing and hangtags attached.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL on sale items, discounted prices, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and International ORDERS.
- International Orders are not eligible for returns.
- Orders that use a promotional code are considered final sale.
I made a mistake with my order, how can I change it?
- Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled or modified.
- If you have not yet received your order please do not request a return before receiving the item.
- Orders will only be accepted for a refund or within 10 days of the delivery date.
What's the status of my return?
- Once your package arrives at our warehouse, we will verify the items through inspection and then email you the confirmation.
- Refunds - 15 working days after arrival and inspection.
My return was rejected, what do I do now?
- Returns that are sent to us stained, worn, smelly, or used will be rejected at the time of inspection in which you will be responsible for a $15 rejected return shipping charge to retrieve your worn items. DO NOT RETURN WORN. USED. STAINED or SMELLY ITEMS. Rejected returns invoices must be paid within 10 days of receiving the invoice, after which they will no longer be reshipped and donated.
RETURN INFORMATION [ 10 DAYS ] - - All returns must be approved by customer support within 10-DAYS of receiving your order by submitting a request through our RETURN PORTAL. Once approved, please ship your return within the specified date.
- Returns are paid by the customer.
- To be eligible for a return, ITEMS must be new, unused, in the original condition, and in the original box or packaging. We will not accept any items that are not in this condition.
- Stained, worn, or used items will be rejected at the time of inspection in which you will be responsible for a $15 rejected return shipping charge to retrieve your worn item(s). DO NOT RETURN WORN, USED, STAINED, or SMELLY ITEMS.
- The invoice for rejected returns must be paid within 10 days, if the return shipping invoice is not paid by the stated time, it will be donated to the local community center and no longer able to be reshipped to you.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive step-by-step instructions on completing your return via email.
- If you do NOT ship your return within 5 days of receiving the approval email, it will be void and no longer active and your return will be rejected, this is non-reversible.
- Please update the tracking number within 5 days otherwise your return will be rejected. (details in return approval email)
- Please allow up to 15 business days for our warehouse to process your return & issue you a refund.

CAUTION: not following the steps mentioned above can cause your package to be lost or delivered. All REFUNDS will be subject to a restocking fee of $7 plus $1 PER ADDED ITEM. The fee will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded. OUTBOUND SHIPPING FEES will not be refunded for refunds nor store credit.
